Join us for a FREE Lacrosse Coaching Clinic led by the talented coaches from Vista Del Lago and Folsom Lacrosse and Mikie Schlosser! Whether you're a beginner or looking to broaden your knowledge or understanding, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best in the business!

📅 When: January 15th & 16th

🕕 Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM each night

Where: Livermore Park Football Field (directly across from 997 Carter St in Folsom). 

This clinic will focus on essential skills, drills, and techniques to elevate your coaching toolbox, all in a fun and supportive environment. Don’t miss out on this chance to enhance your skills, meet new coaches, and fall even more in love with lacrosse!

It is recommended that you bring the following:

1. Lacrosse Stick: A proper lacrosse stick (either for boys or girls) (we will have sticks available if you don't have one).
2. Cleats: A pair of cleats or turf shoes suitable for turf to ensure proper traction and support during drills.
3. Athletic Clothing: Comfortable, moisture-wicking athletic wear appropriate for physical activity. A tee shirt and shorts or sweatpants, are good options.
4. Water Bottle: A refillable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the clinic.
5. Sweat Towel: A small towel to wipe sweat and stay comfortable during practice.
6. Notebook and Pen: Optional, but beneficial for taking notes during instructional sessions or coaching tips.
7. Injury Prevention Items: Any personal items like ankle braces or knee supports if the participant has a previous injury or needs extra support.
