FLA Ambassador

Expectations for Junior Coaches

As a representative of Folsom Lacrosse Association, we ask that you show up and are engaging with the lacrosse instruction that the FLA Representative gives. Also, that you conduct yourselves in a manner which represents our/your lacrosse teams. The FLA Board will choose you, therefore, out of responsibility and integrity, please adhere to the rules of the game of lacrosse. Not only in teaching, but in your actions on and off the lacrosse field. FLA Reps will give you the instructions that you need to assist in the FLAs preparation for events. Please be considerate and responsible. If you are unable to make it to an event that you signed up for, you must immediately contact The FLA Director of Operations and the Director of Development. On top of that, we (Folsom Lacrosse Association) ask that you keep track of all your volunteer hours. At the end of season, you will submit your hours for evaluation and for Letters of Recommendation to be written.
