Afternoon Team
I have 3 videos that are for parents and players to better understand what we are coaching the boys. Positions, terms, how the game is played, ECT.
Please have your players watch these as it will really help us get everyone on the same page faster. I know they are a little long but there is great info here.
-- We will focus on the Middie rotation, video covers upto 9min 30sec. The rest of the video is covering Attack rotation. Boys can watch and understand how we will progress. For now we want to master the Middie rotation.

-- Understanding Lacrosse is a great one that covers a lot about lacrosse. Great refresher or if you are new to lacrosse it is great.
